Do you work with Licensors?
Yes, we have a number of international Licensee contracts, and work with all types of brands such as, sporting franchises, corporate entities and celebrities & influencers.
Will you work with start-up companies?
Yes, we are happy to work with anyone including start-ups. If you have an interested in investing in the promotion and growth of your business, we are happy to work with you.
Is this just an online service or can you supply my Café?
We started with café wholesale supply and continue to do this, just let us know on the initial call.
Would there be any upfront costs to start my business?
We have an initial set up fee for all white label enquiries of £250 plus VAT.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We do not require a minimum order quantity to create a white labelled craft bag however more bespoke options, like coffee pods, will carry a MOQ.
How do you charge?
After the initial set up fee, we charge a set fee per bag that is shipped. This is invoiced weekly from launch.
Can you do bespoke full printed bags?
Yes, however these have a minimum order quantity of 1000 bags.
Do you manufacture Coffee Pods?
Yes, however these have a minimum order quantity of 25,000 pods. These are available in boxes of 10 pods.
Can you manufacture coffee bags/ sachets?
Yes, however these have a minimum order quantity of 500 Sachets.
Can I add more than the two initial coffee profiles?
Of course, it is entirely up to you how many profiles you wish to offer. We do charge a set fee of £150 per profile, for the required design time and admin for extra profiles, after the first two choices.
Is there room for seasonal coffee?
We are looking at adding seasonal coffee profiles each year. We have over 500 profiles and select the most popular for white label services.
Do you have coffee from origins not in your initial 8 profiles?
Yes, we have over 500 profiles available however have reduced this down to the most popular across the global industry. Should there be something more specific that is not in our range then do speak to us about this.
How long does it take to set up?
Lead times vary depending on what you’re looking to launch with. The quickest turn around is the craft bag with branded front and rear labels which can be launched in around 4 weeks from receipt of an agreement.
I don’t have a website can you help with this?
Yes, there are several design services we can offer including a free of charge one page portal. Depending on the complexity of the site will vary the associated costs. We can quote for this more accurately once we have discussed your requirements.
Can I link my own social media?
Yes, as a silent partner, all contact details promoted on the bags would be for your company and social handles.
Do you offer a drop-shipping service?
Collab Coffee specialise in drop-shipping, this is what makes us unique within the industry.
Can I buy in bulk?
All clients are given a wholesale login for our web portal where you can buy all your available bags in bulk.
Can I add brewing equipment or do you only supply coffee?
We do offer other products including commercial wholesale products. These will be available through the wholesale portal, and we can source most brewing equipment you wish to include.
I have a WiX website; can you still integrate with this?
Unfortunately, WiX do not allow for automations with external third-party partnerships. We have requested this several times and are waiting for WiX to fix this issue. In the mean time, you can supply the data manually.
Where can you ship coffee to?
We can ship globally. We have roasters and fulfilment centres in the UK, Europe, US and Australia which allow us to cover the majority of the world. However, some bag sizes and shipping fees may differ in other areas. It is best to discuss your launch plans with us to supply you with accurate costs.
Can I sell my coffee on third party platforms such as Amazon?
You certainly can however you will require some extra features including barcodes for each variant of your coffee which are usually charged for. Do let us know this is what you would like to do so that we can quote for this.
Who will know that you manufacture my coffee?
We aim to be a complete silent partner with all of our clients however some restrictions apply in other countries (Mainly US) in which we have to stamp the manufacturer on the back of the bag, due to legal requirements.
What accreditations does your coffee carry?
We carry many accreditations including Rainforest Alliance, Fair Trade, Soil Association and others dependant on the countries you are retailing too. We are happy to supply information on our accreditations.
Can I use your accreditations?
Yes of course, there are however some restrictions which can be best explained when you speak with us.
Is your coffee sustainably sourced?
Our certifications mean that farmers follow more sustainable agricultural practices, restrictions on pesticides and more that protect forests, rivers, soils and wildlife, while ensuring workers have improved access to safe working conditions and decent living conditions, health care and education for their children.
What is Swiss Water Decaf?
‘Swiss water’ is a process adopted whereby caffeine is removed from the bean using a water process and not the common chemical processes you would normally find. You can find out more on this process here.
Is your packaging recylable.
We always promote the use of fully recyclable packaging and bags. Our aim is to be fully carbon neutral by 2024, so we also have other programs and ideas to help you and your company be more eco-friendly.
